About NETA
The New England Technical Academy (NETA) is a proposed early-college, career and technical education public charter high school supported by industry leaders and sponsored by the New England Institute of Technology. NETA will prepare students for both college and high-demand careers through hands-on, real-world learning.
Why It Matters to Families
- Tuition-free and open to all Rhode Island students.
- Students can earn up to one full year of college credits while in high school.
- Pathways include Pre-Engineering, Information Technology, and Health Sciences, with programs such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Cyber-Security, Surgical Care and Veterinary Technology, among others.
